Widex Easywear Wired RIC P
The Widex Wired RIC (P) is part of the Widex Easywear range and should fit Widex receiver in the canal hearing aids.
What is it?
- Single receiver tubing, also known as Widex ‘Wired Receiver’
- ‘P’ denotes ‘Power’
- Part of the Widex ‘Easywear’ range
- Available in 5 different lengths for left or right ears
The length of the receiver wire is usually printed as a tiny number near the top of the receiver where it attaches to the hearing aid. Blue printing for the left ear, red for the right ear. To check that you need to order a ‘P’ type receiver, a small red or blue ‘P’ will be printed onto the white casing of the receiver component itself (you may have to remove the dome to see it).
If you see an ‘S’ printed onto the receiver, please click here for the ‘S’ receivers. If you see an ‘M’, click here.
If you are unsure as to which size you need, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Widex manufacturers a number of different styles of sizes of domes for their receiver tubes. Please note that the domes are NOT included with the receiver tube and must be ordered separately. The range of compatible domes can be viewed in the ‘related items’ section on this webpage.
Whilst it is a fairly straight-forward process to change the S receiver tube, please ensure you are able to remove and replace your receiver tubing yourself before purchase. Hearing Direct cannot be held responsible for any damage to hearing aids during the replacement process.
